About Our Online Workshops

The online workshops are a package of 5 workshops aimed at enhancing mental wellbeing and resilience. We deliver these in an informal way, creating a relaxed environment in which people can join in as much or as little as they are comfortable with.

We ask you to imagine your mental wellbeing as a table, with the tabletop being your mental resilience and mental strength. For that table to work, it needs table legs to hold it up.

In each workshop, Kelda will deliver a different table leg with the aim of enabling participants to develop a toolbox to help manage their mental wellbeing and resilience moving forwards.

What’s involved? 

5 x 1hr sessions will be delivered via Zoom, running one workshop a week for 5 weeks. The sessions will be light-hearted and informal, using real life stories to explain the various table legs and how they apply to life.

You can engage as much or as little as you are comfortable with. Some people choose to chat and discuss the subjects delivered, others choose to post comments in the chat, some like to turn their cameras off and just listen. Anything goes. 

The initial workshop will be a general talk where Kelda shares her own story, the challenges she’s faced and what she’s done to overcome them. The next 4 workshops will cover the various table legs Kelda has used to develop mental resilience and mental strength.

What we hope to achieve

We hope that people taking part will leave with an increased awareness about how to manage their mental wellbeing and with the tools to help them do this.

Please don’t expect to leave these workshops and never have a bad day again - that’s just not realistic. What we do hope is that the topics delivered will help you to manage any bad days in the future in a better way and to not get stuck in any negativity for too long.

We can only share with you the tools, you have to put in the time and effort to become competent at using them, but if you’re prepared to put in that time and effort, the result can be not only exciting and liberating, but they can also be life-changing.

Who are they for?

The workshops are for anyone who’s been through a mental or physical trauma.

We’re currently running a number of workshops for organisations such as West Mercia Police, Doncaster NHS, Walking with the Wounded, PEGS and Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors.
